Jenny Nails at 2726 Georgia 155 South, Locust Grove, Georgia.

I have had my nails and eyebrows done for over 20 years. The eyebrow tech literally burned my skin. Normally, I would simply account mishaps as part of business experiences. After the burn began to get a scab, I returned to Jenny's and the owner dismissed the burn as dry skin. She eventually stated that the next time I needed my eyebrows done, she would do them for free. So today, when arriving, I asked for the manager. She remembered me and began to speak in her native language. I was extremely
uncomfortable with the stares and comments of the other ladies in the shop, as I could tell the conversation was about me. Although the eyebrow waxing was free because of the burn, I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism and attitude and which my tip was received at the end of the service. With over 20 years of nail salon patronage, I do not recommend this establishment as I have visited Jenny's multiple times prior to this incident.
