Scrubs & Tees at 199 Stanley K Tanger Boulevard, Locust Grove, Georgia.

I bought $119 worth of scrubs for a job but a few weeks after my purchase I ended up not doing the job. Remind you the uniforms had never been touched. The tags were still on the uniforms as well. Somehow I had misplaced the receipt which I never do. I called the locust grove location to ask if I could return the scrubs anyway since you can clearly see the charge on my checking account from scrubs and tees for $119. The associate I spoke with said I needed the receipt no matter what. She also stated I only had 14 days after the purchase to return the items. Well that day I called was the 14th day based on the date from my checking account. So I requested to speak with the owner. Th e associate took my number and about 5 minutes later the owner called. Very rude, acting as if she didn't know why I requested for her to call me. I then explained my issue again and her response was that a receipt is needed just like at Wal-Mart she said. Well! To bust your bubble Wal-Mart actually allows their customers to return things without a receipt! She was rude and no customer service whatsoever! I'm sure she could have refunded me if she wanted to! Now I have scrubs I don't need. A waste of $119 and I'm very upset about it. Brand new scrubs with tags still and I couldn't even return them. Yes I know companies have policies but there is usually exceptions made when it was an honest mistake to have lost my receipt!
